Teria: My tip of the week is a very popular book called Atomic Habits by James Clear, I read that book several years ago but I also signed up for his weekly email tips that he send out. They are super cool. It’s like 3-2-1 Thursday and he gives 3 ideas, 2 quotes and 1 question just for you to kind of consider throughout the week. A lot of his ideas and thought processes, I’m able to apply to my land business. If you haven’t read the book, definitely read the book but then, sign up for his weekly tip that he gives.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Teria: On Facebook, I used to be able to do my strike-out in a Word Document and copy it and paste it into my Facebook Ad, and with improvements and changes that they’ve made they’re no longer able to do that. So I found a website called yaytext.com; it allows you to go in and bold your text or strike–through all the other grammatical new ones that you want to put in your ads, it’s there on that website and you can copy it and put it into your Facebook Ads and it shows up the way you want it to. It’s a pretty cool little tool.

Drew: Two tips with a different perspective on sales—If you’re not selling enough property, look at your inventory. The more inventory you have, the better the chances you have at selling. 

Sales will increase because you have more options to offer a potential lead, so keep your inventory up. Also, “The second sale”—take advantage of previous buyers.
