Wes: Understand that everybody is in sales. You’re either working your own plan or you’re being worked by someone else’s plan. You don’t have to be hyper and you don’t have to be happy. Knowing and liking is way overrated. People have to TRUST you no matter what though. Even if they don’t like you or barely know you, they’ll give you their money if they trust you. So focus on building trust in your customers.
