Teria: My tip kind of gets along with our topic, it is by Peter Drucker, “What’s Measured Improves”, and I want to reiterate what you said that in the beginning, we didn’t say, ‘oh let’s gather all of this’, we started with the area where we wanted to improve. So we began collecting those metrics, without having the metric you kind of don’t know how to improve.

Gabe Petersen is the founder of Great Northwest Home Buyers and Kaizen Properties, and the host of The Real Estate Investing Club. Gabe later founded Kaizen Properties, after purchasing his first two mobile home parks in Washington state. He now operates nationally buying and repositioning self-storage and mobile home parks across the US. With being equipped with the most advanced degree of experience in many different asset classes and strategies, Gabe decided to share some of his acquired knowledge by starting The Real Estate Investing Club podcast and YouTube show.

Protecting cash is easy, you can send them off-shore to the off-shore trust in the Swiss Bank, it’s a very effective and very easy thing to do. Scott: Whenever your website gets traffic from other places, would it be nice to see where the traffic is coming from and how much is coming? There’s one dashboard that will show you all of the websites that are referring you to the traffic and how much they’re sending you. Check out mentioned.app, go there, and sign up for a free account. It will track who is sending you traffic, how much they’re sending you and you’ll get notified by email whenever you get some new traffic from a referral source.

Steve: In the world of online marketing, seldom do opportunities come in a way that they came with the advent of the internet with Instagram, with Facebook, and with some of those platforms that allowed us all no matter where we are on the planet and to be able to connect in a deeply meaningful way. We talked about it a little bit earlier, but I have not seen anything like clubhouse in a long time. And there is an early adapter opportunity here that if you put six months into the platform, it’s very addicting and you’ll see that it can suck your life away with the quickness, but if you’re intentional on how you invest your time on the platform, I have confidence that six months in can pay dividends in quite some time. So this is an opportunity.
