In this episode of the Best Passive Income Model Podcast, Mark chats with one of his star students, Tate Litchfield.

Tate has a degree in international relations from BYU-Idaho and spent time working in China before coming back home to Henderson, NV. When he came home, he decided it was time to find something more profitable and began a search for better career options.

A family friend referred Tate to Mark and the rest is history. Tate bought 60 properties in his first 2 months! He shared the story of his BEST DEAL, which was in a town called Pahrump, NV. He contacted the owner of the property, who purchased it many years ago and never intended to use it. Tate was able to purchase the land for $250 (the original purchase price was $35,000). AND he sold it within 24 hours for $8000! Tate was instantly hooked!
