Teria: I have several coaching clients that I have been in communication with and they’re all asking about pictures of their properties and marketing like how do I market my properties if I don’t have pictures, and what pictures can I use, and how expensive they are. So there is a website called unsplash.com, and this website allows you to go in and search for specific pictures: land pictures. And you can utilize these pictures for free to market your properties.

Teria: I found an app called Happy Things, and this app will give you things to think about that makes you happy. One of the things is “raise your head and look for one thing that makes you smile”. You’ll get a reminder, if you want you can set up a reminder, you can even skip some of them. It just helps you kind of wake up, think about something: gratitude, be happy, and then it improves my day.

Scott: Check out sayless.email, it’s a website. What you would do is just type in what you want, hit on the button and it will go back, and it will use AI to compress all the words that you’re using into something that’s short and sweet. And what happens when you send something short and sweet, you get a response. Use something like this to think about what you’re going to say, make it stream-line, and try to get them to respond back to you.

Ryan: My tip of the week is to leave people with to be intentional, be disciplined, and value that over hustle. I think this hustle narrative is sort of societally swept us, it sort of misguided a lot of people so if you’re going to do something be intentional and disciplined about it. Also, one of my favorite books from my favorite author is Ryan Holiday, one of his books that I think is the best is “The Obstacle is the Way”. It talks about running through the fire, confronting problems, being comfortable with this comfort. I will highly recommend it.

Mark: Here’s my first tip of the week, back in the day I have a seller that literally would not respond back to me, (this is the old days, texting was not a thing, barely emails) when I call and say I have something important to say and click, I got cut-off, then I call back. So do a run-on sentence.

My second tip is, imagine a lot of you right now who have jobs and have to be at corporate meetings, and it’s not the best use of your time. Why not send your bot for you: take notes, record the meeting, so go to perfectrecall.app. You can try it for free. You can have your bot join the meeting and it connects you to your Google calendar. Just automatically join, it will take notes and I assume your boss will be happy that you’re there with your bot instead of you personally.

Scott: Check out grapevine. Team, this is for team meetings. Basically, you can divide into teams, departments or companies, and get regular updates from your teams especially with your virtual teams, and have connections.

Patrick: My tip of the week is how to use transformational questions instead of transactional questions when you talk to people. Most people when they go out and network, they will be asking something like, “How was your week or weekend?” or “How are you doing?”, the problem with that kind of questions is that you’ll get a surface answer because you can answer that on auto-pilot. You’ll get an answer that is not really deep and what you need to do is bring them out of the auto-pilot people’s on.  So instead, you can ask them “What was the best part of your weekend or week?”, ask a question that gets people to think deeper and build a bond where there’s a real connection, real humanity shared.

Teria: I was looking to solve a problem and the issue was, we wanted to kind of pull our buyer’s list and we were looking for a nice quick way to have a form generated. So I found this old website called carrd.co, they will create like 3-4 minutes max landing page forms. There’s a trial period, I think it’s $9- $19 a year after the initial period. There are samples in there, just add your graphics, logo, and your information and from there you can get a form.
