Coaching Live – Spring 2025

We heard your request for more content and more opportunities to network with our community. In response, we’re trying something new and exciting with our Coaching Live events with more content, longer days, and more networking opportunities.

The Land Geek coaching team is hosting a live, two-day VIP event just for you! Coaching Live was born out of overwhelming feedback that while virtual connection is convenient, you are seeking more opportunities to connect with like-minded land geeks in person.

This live event is exclusive to the Land Geek investor coaching community and their business partners. If you’re a current Coaching or Unfair Advantage 2.0 client or a recent program graduate, we’d love for you to join us!

You are welcome to register a business partner to attend. For someone to qualify as a business partner, they must be actively working in your land business as an equal or minority partner. This does not include employees or contractors.

If your spouse or domestic partner is your business partner, they are encouraged to attend. However, spouses and domestic partners that are not actively working in your land business are not able to attend the event due to limited seats available.

This exclusive event will be held from Thursday, April 24, through Sunday, April 27, 2025. The meeting will run from 9 am – 4 pm on Friday and Saturday. 

There will be a welcome reception at 7 pm on Thursday, and optional team building activities before and after the meeting times Friday and Saturday, as well as on Sunday morning.

The event will be at an Event Center in beautiful Old Town Scottsdale.

You know we love to create community! Plan to learn, mastermind, and network. While we have some fun and interactive sessions planned, we’ll also allow some time for building relationships and sharing insights.

It’s going to be a lot of fun! We’re finalizing all the details and we’ll share them as we get closer.

We’re providing you breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. While dinners are not part of our event program, we will assist you with recommendations and group reservations of where you can experience Scottsdale’s best culinary scene with other Land Geeks!

The dress code for the meeting is casual. However, if you plan on attending the offsite activities, it may be a good idea to pack some activewear and dinner attire as well.

Keep in mind that Scottsdale is warm in April. Consider bringing airy clothing, t-shirts, and other summer clothes.

Materials to take notes are never a bad idea. Otherwise bring an open mind.

If you’re flying in to join us, the best way to get to Scottsdale is to fly into Phoenix, Arizona. The airport code is PHX. The venue is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport.

Old Town Scottsdale is a beautiful area so we encourage you to take it in and walk whenever you can.

Rideshare services are also a good option.
