On this week’s roundtable podcast the Land Geeks welcome Author, Podcast Host, and Real Estate Investor Jas Takhar to the show.
Jas Takhar is a Toronto native who has been in the sales and service industry for over 26 years. Soon after indulging in real estate, he founded REC Canada under Royal LePage which he has successfully managed to keep in the top 3 in the country for over 5 years. His company has advised and assisted over 625 buyers, sellers and investors, yearly, across the Greater Toronto Area, resulting in a total of over $2.1 billion in transactions.
Jas’s passion for service and sale has led him to become an expert in helping investors build out their real estate portfolios. He shares his knowledge and experiences through his book “Real Estate Intelligence” which teaches anyone how to buy and sell real estate on their own. Jas is not only the host of one of the top business podcasts in North America, “The Jas Takhar Podcast” but he is also the founder of the media company, “From The Ground Up Media” where he helps other real estate agents produce quality content. His hope is to provide inspiring education through his guides, seminars, and content to aid others in removing the friction from their own life in order to help them get from where they are, to where they want to be.
