• You and all parties accessing these materials will own all rights to materials, copy, IP, and technologies that are implemented. The Land Geek Coaching Program will not hold claim to any royalties to revenues generated from this system unless we specifically agree to partner on a deal-by-deal basis.  
• You and all parties accessing these materials will be responsible for implementing all strategies, following up on all leads, and managing the customer service aspect of your land business.  
• There will be monthly action plans for you and all parties accessing these materials to implement to avoid becoming overwhelmed.  

 

TERMS OF SERVICE  

 

1. Earnings Disclaimer: Company is a leading provider of training and educational products and services. As with any educational program, we cannot guarantee that you and all parties accessing these materials will make a certain dollar amount in a specific time period. Your investment today is strictly for said training and educational materials and services and does not in any way constitute a franchise or business opportunity. Because your success with this program depends on your efforts, we cannot guarantee that you will make a specific amount of money within a certain period of time. Additionally, this is not a get-rich-quick scheme; if you don’t use the program and put forth the required efforts, you won’t make any money whatsoever. Furthermore, we make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent these products and services and their potential for income. Earning and Income statements made by our Company, and its clients, are examples of what others have accomplished. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual efforts.  

 

2. Refund Policy: We are confident in the value and effectiveness of our program. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Refunds are available under the following conditions:  

• If you have completed less than 10% of the course, you are eligible for a full refund upon request.  
• If you have completed between 10% and 50% of the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage completed.  
• If you have completed more than 50% of the course, no refunds will be issued.  

   

Note that this refund policy is valid only within 90 days of your purchase date. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy. This is applicable for both payment plans and payment in full purchases.

 

3. Company Confidentiality: Company will take reasonable efforts not to use or disclose, nor permit employees, contractors, or agents to use or disclose, any nonpublic information received from Client, including but not limited to financial or personal information, except as necessary to perform Company’s obligations hereunder or as expressly authorized by Client.  

 

4. Client Confidentiality: Client will not use or disclose any nonpublic information received from the Company, its employees, contractors, or agents, including but not limited to any financial or personal information, except as expressly authorized by the Company.  

 

5. Relationship of Parties: Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto or by any third person to create the relationship of principal and agent or partnership or joint venture or of any association between the parties hereto other than independent contracting parties.  

 

6. Indemnification: Client will hold harmless and indemnify Company from any damage, loss, expense, or liability resulting from any other contracts or real estate-related transactions Client enters into or engages in. This hold harmless and indemnification shall survive the termination of this Agreement from any cause whatsoever.  

 

7. Miscellaneous: This Agreement contains the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be changed, amended, modified, or terminated except by an instrument in writing signed by Company and Client. This Agreement may be signed via electronic acceptance, which shall be deemed to be an original. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be considered severed from the rest of this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.
