Live Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket online for a Land Geek live event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Ticket Purchase and Confirmation
All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded within 21 calendar days of the event start date. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. Please ensure that your email address is accurate.
The Land Geek reserves the right to refuse event entry to any individual without a valid ticket or who is not complying with event policies. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Seat Deposits
Some current customers of The Land Geek may be requested to secure their seat with a refundable seat deposit. This deposit is necessary to confirm your attendance and manage the limited availability of seats. The deposit will be applied towards the costs incurred, including but not limited to meal expenses. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and retained to cover the associated expenses.
Event Changes
The Land Geek reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, and lineup. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase and/or registration.
Cancellation Policy
If an event cancellation occurs, registered participants will receive a full refund within 60 days of said cancellation. If an event is postponed, registration for impacted attendees will transfer to the next available event date.
Conduct and Safety
Attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards all event staff, speakers, and fellow participants, and comply with all event policies, including any safety protocols in place.

At the sole discretion of The Land Geek team, any attendee who is deemed to exhibit disruptive or inappropriate behavior that conflicts with these core values may be asked to leave the Event premises without a refund.
Non-Solicitation
Attendees should not solicit any services or products at the event, and should not utilize The Land Geek platforms to promote their brand, products, or services without prior written agreement from The Land Geek events team. Failure to do so may result in a removal from the event and opportunity to attend future events.
Promotional and Sponsorship Opportunities
Depending on the event content and intended audience, there may be an opportunity to collaborate through promotional and sponsorship opportunities at our events. Interested parties must seek prior approval from The Land Geek events team.

All promotional and sponsorship activities are subject to our terms and must align with our non-solicitation policy. Unauthorized promotion of services or products will result in removal from the event and possible exclusion from future events.
Media Release
By participating in the event, you grant The Land Geek permission to use your likeness, voice, image, video recordings, audio recordings, and any other media captured during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, live streams, and any other media format. These materials may be used in various marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Children & Family Policy
Our events are designed for adults. Children are not allowed at our events as having minors present changes the group dynamic and may make it an unsafe place for adults to share authentically. Adult family members are not permitted unless they are an active land Business Partner and have been registered as such upon event registration.
Accessibility
The Land Geek is inclusive of all differently-abled individuals and is committed to making accommodations to the best of our ability, but we can’t promise that all needs can be met. Changes to Terms
The Land Geek reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders and will apply to future purchases.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is held.
