The Best Of Round Table—Fundamentals Of Buying And Selling

In today’s episode of The Art of Passive Income, we have a special Round Table edition—The Best Of, featuring some of the best Round Table moments that will help you move the needle in your land investing business!

Today we look back on:

  • Buyers list—Building and managing it.
  • Buying in bulk—Do we handle bulk deals differently?
  • Counties—How many counties should we work in?
  • Scarcity mentality—Can there be too many investors in one area?

We’re all unique. I’ll tell stories a different way than you do, I will write ads in a different way and there’s no way that I’m going to appeal to everybody. Not everybody is going to like you in the world, not everybody is going to connect with your message, and that’s okay. Find your people, have your own voice and your people will come to you-Scott

Plus, what holds people back in this business?

Listen in as we clear up some of the fears that stop people from taking action and get into the fundamentals of buying and selling!

Isn’t it time to create passive income so you can work where you want, when you want and with whomever you want?

Standing Out In A Competitive Market

In today’s episode of The Art of Passive Income, Mark and Scott talk to Jasmine Star—JasmineStar.com.

Jasmine, who teaches entrepreneurs how to build their brand and market it on social media, left law school over a decade ago to care for her ailing mother. Realizing how fragile life is and that we are not guaranteed time here, she re-evaluated her own life and decided to pursue photography which ultimately led to building the business of her dreams. She now educates entrepreneurs on how to do the same.

In a competitive market like photography, she explains she made herself stand out by:

  • Working harder
  • Creating experiences
  • Learning and leveraging how people are communicating and are wanting to be served

She also does not view competitors as opposition, but as allies who all bring very different things to the table and are making the consumer aware.

The same can be said for the land business when it comes to scarcity mindset. More investors in an area brings more interest to that area.

We are uniquely qualified to serve entirely different sets of people. Click To Tweet

Listen in to hear Jasmine’s story and her inspiring answer to Mark’s question: If you’re on your death bed and you’re surrounded by friends and family what would be your last words of advice that you would give before you leave?

TIP OF THE WEEK

Mark: Learn more about Jasmine Star by going to her website at JasmineStar.com.
