In this episode of the Best Passive Income Model Podcast, Mark chats with Daniil Kleyman from rehabvaluator.com. Daniil has an amazing story as a Russian Immigrant and a former New York bond trader. He quickly figured out that after 2008 he didn’t want a job any more.

Daniil started investing as a wholesaler and then began buying and rehabbing foreclosures for income producing passive income. He discusses his strategy in detail and how he had to adapt as the market shifted. Plus, we argue the merits of being an outsider and having to struggle as an immigrant in the United States.
