So you can imagine Mark’s surprise after learning that an advanced coaching client was still doing a task that should have been outsourced… and it has him riled up!

It’s a learning curve. You’ve got to be there to support them. You’re going to run into resistance, you’re going to run into people who don’t know what you’re asking them to do. Then you need to step up and be the leader and guide them, teach them, and coach them just as you have learned how to do it. And when you do that, all of a sudden you have relieved yourself from one of the biggest pain points of this business.
