The Land Geek

What Makes A Good Client For A Virtual Assistant?

What Is The Importance of A Market Analysis in Purchasing Land

On this week’s roundtable podcast, the Land Geeks welcome Keshon Henry, one of their Jamaican VAs from LandVA4U.com to the show.

To build a business where its operations rely heavily on the efficiency of VAs requires a team that’s composed of not only exceptional VAs but also great clients.

Joining Mark this week are:

And, Keshon Henry, Tate’s Executive VA for Frontier Equity Properties who also works alongside our Chief Problem Solver, Rossi Spong on the Land Geek side of the business.

Listen in as the Land Geeks go around the table and ask Keshon questions that are centered around the topic “What does it take to be a good client and work with a VA?”.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Keshon: I have two tips for the week. The first tip is a free online diagram software called draw.io. We use this tool in our business to create swimlanes and diagrams for our business processes. The second tool is teams. It is a part of the Microsoft 365 suite and it is an effective tool for communicating internally. It is a great tool that clients can use to communicate more effectively with their VAs.
