In today’s episode of The Art of Passive Income—The Best of Round Table edition, we look back at a couple segments that will help you grow your land business at a consistent and steady pace.

Sustainable Growth and Underestimating Effort takes you to both ends of the spectrum to show you how growing too fast can lead to bottlenecks and burnouts. And, how underestimating effort but expecting big results can lead to big disappointments and can also lead to quitting before you even get started!

When people get started in this business how do they measure their success? They measure it by the amount of money they make or the deals that they do. Maybe we need to measure our success on a more realistic basis —“My 20 offers went out today. I contacted these five individuals. I posted X number of ads.” Maybe we need to bring it back down to a manageable scale and if we do that we’ll start to feel like we’re moving the needle. -Tate

Also featured, a segment on newbie pricing mistakes and how to avoid leading with the wrong price.

We also threw in a little bonus material for laughs. Listen in as Mark and Scott battle it out over the Tip of the Week!

Isn’t it time to create passive income so you can work where you want, when you want and with whomever you want?
