Happiness is the new rich and I’m happy in my life. As a result, my marriage is healthy, my family is happy. I get to spend time with my daughter and be an awesome Dad and ultimately that’s because my wife and I are on the same page. We both want the same thing, we want to have more time, we want to live a comfortable life-style and she is very aware and recognizes that land is the way to do that. It’s the best method out there and if anybody has a better option, I’m open to it but you’re going to have to try really hard to convince me. -Tate
