TODAY’S TOPICS

We dive deep into a case of what would you do?

You sold a property for $50,000 on terms to a objectionable couple who are continuously late on payments but always make it up in the end with late fees. They moved the entire family onto the property, plus friends… one of which causes havoc and steals from the neighbors. Then you discover that the guy who bought the property is a felon who just got re-arrested for being in possession of firearms, but has since been released.

To sum it up—you have criminals living on a property that is still in your name and an upset community but you’re getting paid every month with late fees, on a sizable note… is it worth the headache?

COULD you do anything if they are not breaking their contract?

And finally, what can you do to protect yourself from situations like this in the future?

Our last topic: Get to know Cynthia Tripathi!

Cynthia, a Land Geek Student, came to the program a bit skeptical. She bought the toolkit, sold her 1st property to a neighbor making more money on that sale than an entire month at a job she hated. So she decided to quit her job and go all in!
