Terms and Conditions for Unfair Advantage 2.0 Membership

By enrolling in the Unfair Advantage 2.0 Membership (“Membership”), offered by The Land Geek Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).

1. Membership Overview

The Unfair Advantage Membership is designed to offer mastermind group sessions, access to live events, and networking opportunities to support land investors. The Membership includes:

Monthly Unfair Advantage Mastermind Call with Mark and Tate
Weekly Coaching Office Hours
Weekly Coaching Mastermind Calls
Access to past recordings of Unfair Advantage calls, Office Hours and Mastermind Calls
Access to a private WhatsApp group
Complimentary VIP tickets to live events

2. Membership Terms

Monthly Membership: $497 per month (minimum 6-month commitment)
Annual Membership: $4997 per year (2 months free)
Minimum Commitment: Members must commit to a minimum of 6 months for the monthly Membership.
Auto-Renewal: Membership will automatically renew unless you provide notice of cancellation. To cancel, please email us at [email protected] before your renewal date.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable.
Payments will be charged automatically to the payment method you provide, either monthly or annually, depending on your Membership plan.
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Company to charge the agreed-upon Membership fees to your payment method.

4. Late Payment

If a payment fails, the Company will reach out to you via email to rectify the situation and recover the payment. If we do not receive a response or successful payment, your Membership may be temporarily suspended. Failure to respond or rectify the payment issue after repeated attempts to contact you may result in termination of your Membership. If your Membership is terminated due to unpaid fees, access to Membership benefits will not be restored until payment is completed.

5. No Refunds and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Membership is like a subscription; you’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you’d like, but payments are non-refundable.
No Early Cancellation: To foster a collaborative community, we require a 6-month commitment for monthly members. Early cancellations are not allowed during this period.
Cancellation After Minimum Commitment: After your initial 6-month commitment, you can cancel at any time by providing written notice via email at least 30 days before your renewal date.

6. Community Participation

Members may be invited to participate in events for student spotlights or “Grill the Geeks” sessions. By joining, you agree to be open to opportunities to give back to The Land Geek community.

7. No Guarantees and Earnings Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding any financial outcome or business success as a result of participating in the Membership. Your success depends on your effort, skills, and dedication. Past testimonials, case studies, and success stories are examples of what others have achieved, but there is no guarantee that you will achieve similar results. By participating in this Membership, you acknowledge that your results may vary, and the Company is not responsible for your success or failure.

8. Client Confidentiality

The Membership involves participation in private mastermind sessions where members may share sensitive or proprietary business information. By joining, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all other members. You will not disclose or use any confidential information shared during these sessions outside of the Membership. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, and personal information shared by other members. Breaching this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of your Membership without refund.

9. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Use

All content provided during the Membership, including but not limited to calls, templates, materials, and training, is the property of The Land Geek Enterprises LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Membership content for your personal use only. You agree not to:

Copy, distribute, share, or resell any Membership content without written permission from the Company.
Use the content for any purpose outside of personal use in your own business.

Violation of this clause may result in termination of your Membership and legal action to recover damages.

10. Non-Solicitation

Team Members: During the term of your Membership and for one (1) year thereafter, you agree not to solicit, hire, or engage any employees, contractors, or agents of The Land Geek Enterprises LLC for any business or personal purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
The Land Geek Customers and Community: You agree not to pitch, promote, or sell any products or services to other customers or community members (whether part of free or paid offerings) without prior approval from the Company. If you wish to offer your services, please direct your request to [email protected] for approval. Unapproved solicitation may result in termination of your Membership without refund.

11. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make, publish, or communicate any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements about The Land Geek Enterprises LLC, its owners, employees, or other members of the Membership, either during or after your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, comments on social media, forums, or any other public or private platforms. Breaching this non-disparagement clause may result in legal action.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Land Geek Enterprises LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise out of or are related to your participation in the Membership, misuse of Membership content, or breach of this Agreement. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.

13. Termination of Membership

The Company reserves the right to terminate your Membership if you breach any part of this Agreement or engage in behavior that negatively impacts the community. Termination will not relieve you of your financial obligations, and you will not receive a refund.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in the Unfair Advantage Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
